"SchoolStore.com" Registration

SchoolStore.com is an opportunity for our school to earn money! Register on the website (SchoolStore.net  for the registration process), using our school's ID# 142754. SchoolStore.com is an online shopping mall with over 200 merchants like Sears, Target, Wal-Mart, Disney Store, Office Depot and many more. Please check it out. :)  If you like what you see, please tell your family and friends about it.

HOW IT WORKS
When you click on the store you'd like to purchase from through the SchoolStore.com site, the computer will automatically add a "coupon code" / "promotion code" to your order. This will show up when you are checking out (paying for your item). That code is then applied to Fern Drive's account.

Thanks for your support!

Fern Drive Fall Book Fair

The Fall Book Fair will take place at Fern Drive from Friday, November 4th through Thursday, November 10th. Stop and shop from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Wedneday, November 9th will be "Pastry with Parents" morning. Starting at 8:00 a.m., we'll be serving pastries before school and the Book Fair will be open early for parents who would like to shop before heading off to work. :)

**Also, the Book Fair will be open DURING the Fall Festival on Friday, November 4th! Be sure to check it out.**

Please volunteer to work a shift in the Book Fair (see the sign up lists in your child's classroom). If we don't have enough volunteers, we won't be able to open up for the students to shop.

Thanks!

Fall Festival Update

Hello families!

Thank you to those of you who have signed up to work in your classroom booth. We need all the volunteers we can get to make sure our kids have a great time at the Fall Festival! (If you haven't signed up yet, please do!)

Each classroom also is donating a basket of items for the raffle. Please contact your Room Parent if you're not sure what to donate.

**Chili Cook-Off is back!**
Bring your best homemade chili in a Crock-Pot (with your name on it) the afternoon of the Fall Festival. The winner will get the bragging rights and a super cool prize! Please let us know if you're going to be entering the contest. (We want to make sure we have all the electrical plugs we need to keep the chili hot.)

We will be having our "Teacher and Staff Raffle" again this year. Your student can enter to win lunch or other great opportunities to hang out with a teacher or staff member. Make sure to stop by the MPR for all the great raffles.
